Strategy Realization Manager

Location: Hybrid in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. , with potentially more office time during training. Business travel and flexible or irregular hours may be required.

Salary: $137,000–$179,000 per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 16% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead a team providing portfolio governance, reporting, and decision-support capabilities.
• Establish governance for complex, cross-functional strategic programs, including decision forums and escalation paths.
• Develop roadmaps, milestone plans, stage gates, and integrated execution plans.
• Partner with senior leaders and initiative teams to prioritize work based on strategic value, capacity, dependencies, and business priorities.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, dashboards, analyses, and recommendations covering risks, investments, sequencing, and key decisions.
• Define outcomes, KPIs, and decision criteria while leading risk management, research, change adoption, and communications.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in process or project management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong claims, program or project management, or organizational change and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with business partners in Claims and supporting departments.
• Ability to use data to inform recommendations and present professionally to executive and other audiences.
• Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
