Salary: $119,600 – $130,000

What you will do

• Lead multi-stream programs from initial scoping and roadmap creation through deployment and post-launch evaluation.
• Develop integrated schedules, comprehensive roadmaps, resource allocations, and financial budgets.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, marketing, and finance departments.
• Proactively monitor program performance to identify bottlenecks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate steering committees and deliver executive reporting on key metrics and ROI.
• Establish and champion standardized program management processes, toolsets, and governance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 8+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or operations leadership.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience in strategic decision-making, financial budget control, and data-driven reporting.
