Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

hirify.global is hiring for an engineering program management role supporting a global business unit and manufacturing engineering organization.

What you will do

• Manage and lead multiple cross-functional programs covering engineering development and implementation for products or service offerings.
• Develop program strategies, budgets, resource allocation plans, schedules, and requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and external development partners while monitoring quality and delivery.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, risks, and issue analysis to stakeholders and business unit management.
• Identify early-build risks and drive improvements across products, processes, equipment, and business practices.
• Integrate new technologies and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance, maintenance, and safety practices.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools, people management, or a related field.
• Experience with program and project management, project schedules, risk management, and new product development.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban principles, Jira, automation, change management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
