Principal Program Manager

Location: United States

Salary: $115,100–$165,450 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Recommend innovative solutions to strategic business problems using internal and external data.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and delivery outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology.
• Design change-management strategies, track success metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, or strategic operations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead teams across multiple departments.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM.
