Terms of Service

By using the Hirify.me website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Hirify is a job aggregator from open sources (including Telegram and company websites) and a job board, where vacancies are posted by employers, as well as a paid features and AI service for job seekers. We do not publish vacancies ourselves and do not verify their content.

2. Registration and Accounts

To use some features (favorites, paid features, filters, bot), you need to create an account using email/password or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not responsible for actions taken with compromised accounts.

3. Prohibited Actions

When using the Service, the following is prohibited:

• Copying or republishing vacancies and site materials on third-party resources without providing a link to the original vacancy on Hirify.me
• Using site materials to create competing services or job databases
• Mass or automated data collection (scraping, parsing) from the site by any means
• Using bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service
• Creating excessive load on servers or attempting to bypass technical limitations
• Posting vacancies or content containing knowingly false information, spam, or malicious links
• Any actions that may disrupt the Service or the rights of other users

The administration reserves the right to block or delete a user account at any time and at its sole discretion without prior notice, explanation of reasons, and without refund for the unused Plus subscription period.

4. Paid Features

Some features (e.g., access to vacancies from websites or AI tools) are provided as paid features. The cost and content of the plans are indicated in service description. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Payments are one-time and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Content and Sources

All vacancies are collected from open sources. We try to moderate them, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or legal correctness of each vacancy. If you find a fake vacancy, please inform us, and we will remove it immediately.

6. AI Features

Some website features use artificial intelligence and third-party APIs. The results may contain errors and are not a recommendation for action.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hirify.me, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service, including job listings from third-party sources
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any actions or content of third parties (employers, job boards, aggregated sources)

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job listings. Users are responsible for verifying all information before making any decisions or taking any actions based on content available through the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hirify.me and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Changes and Termination of Access

We may change the terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms. We may also suspend or delete an account if the user violates the terms or harms the service's operation. Users can delete their account at any time via account settings.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
