Refund / Cancellation
Money for the already provided service is not refunded.
If access to paid features was not provided or the service was unavailable due to our fault, you can request a refund or similar compensation. Claims are accepted at ai@hirify.me. The review and refund period is 15 business days, and the refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.
