Production Associate, Energy Storage

Location: McCarran, NV, United States. Onsite production role with an initial Monday–Friday schedule transitioning to multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.

What you will do

• Operate and train on production and powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory to maintain production flow.
• Assemble components and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain accurate data and system transactions in manufacturing systems.
• Execute production processes to improve efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet quality and output goals.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners while following safety, quality, attendance, and conduct policies.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Experience using scanners, label printers, and other IT/OT equipment.
• Strong critical-thinking, time-management, hazard-recognition, and safe-work skills.
• Ability to stand for more than 80% of the shift and perform repetitive physical tasks involving stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work around noise, dust, chemicals, and changing temperatures.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting.
• Interest in sustainability and energy-transition technologies.
