Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Reno, Nevada, United States; onsite at the Reno facility. Second shift, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday.

What you will do

• Lead and develop production teams, including hiring, performance management, training, coaching, and accountability.
• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, inspection, packaging, certification, order monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Promote EH&S initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Identify skill gaps, coordinate training, and ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Drive Lean/5S continuous improvement, resolve customer complaints, and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with engineering and operations leadership on automation, process improvements, capital projects, inventory control, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; documented leadership training or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement, project management, production systems, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of chemical handling, LOTO, emergency response, escalation procedures, and safety documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems such as SAP, and related tools.
• Ability to support varying shifts, including day, night, and split shifts, based on business needs.
