Senior Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

What you will do

• Lead and develop night-shift manufacturing personnel through hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action.
• Manage daily production priorities, staffing, resources, shift handoffs, and operational activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and address issues affecting schedule adherence, quality, labor efficiency, and customer commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Partner with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve constraints and improve performance.
• Support quality and safety investigations, process improvements, equipment implementation, manufacturing projects, budgets, and site objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct people management experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
• Experience managing staffing, employee performance, training, development, accountability, and conflict resolution.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects with measurable operational results.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, root-cause analysis, corrective action, process improvement, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP or a comparable ERP/MRP system.
• Must be available for the assigned night-shift schedule and additional shift coverage; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement experience.
