Production Supervisor (EV & Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Plan and supervise daily assembly and manufacturing activities, including staffing, production schedules, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor safety, financial, production, quality, and manpower KPIs, preparing shift, root-cause, and headcount reports.
• Investigate safety incidents, defects, material losses, and mechanical failures; assign corrective actions and escalate issues to support teams.
• Lead Kaizen events, continuous improvement activities, 5-Why, 8-D, fishbone, and 4M analyses.
• Coordinate with Battery Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Control, Human Resources, and other supervisors.
• Manage inventory, FIFO consumption, shipping and receiving, machine downtime recovery, SOPs, and daily asset care.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• High-volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Two to five years of supervisory experience in a high-speed, automated manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Working-level English proficiency required, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States without restriction. Pre-employment drug testing is required.

Nice to have

• Technical school degree.
• Experience with Lean and 5S systems.
• Electric component, chemical, medical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of SAP, MES, or Oracle integrated systems.
