Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning (Workday Recruiting)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; flexible workplace policy with a required minimum number of onsite days

Salary: $144,000–$198,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of global Talent Acquisition programs from planning through implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Build alignment across Talent Acquisition, HR Centers of Excellence, and HR Digital Operations teams.
• Develop project plans, processes, tools, milestones, risk controls, and success measures.
• Lead regional change management through communications, training, and audience-specific support materials.
• Analyze recruiting data, feedback, and reports to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Define requirements, test, and launch Workday Recruiting solutions while managing vendor relationships and performance.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including hands-on recruiting in global or multi-region organizations.
• Proven project management experience leading recruiting implementations from planning through launch.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruiting and experience launching, improving, or retiring recruiting technologies.
• Change management experience, including creating communications and delivering training and support materials.
• Strong judgment, persuasive communication, analytical judgment, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
