Manager, Talent Acquisition Early Careers

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for internship, new graduate, apprenticeship, and emerging talent programs.
• Lead a team delivering enterprise-wide early careers initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to build sustainable talent pipelines aligned with workforce needs.
• Develop talent attraction and development strategies for emerging talent.
• Represent and strengthen the employer brand among early-career candidates.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the early careers ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Five years of experience leading or building early-career, apprenticeship, or university relations programs, or nine years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience recruiting from colleges, high schools, or organizations supporting apprenticeship programs.
• Experience in project management and recruiting technologies such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo.
• Creative problem-solving and exceptional communication skills.
