Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition creation through hiring, including sourcing, resume review, interviews, testing, and reference checks.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and pipelines across multiple markets using recruitment networks and local market data.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to assess candidates and make hiring decisions.
• Create accurate and compelling job descriptions and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Train hiring managers on recruitment and HR policies and procedures.
• Lead projects that automate and streamline recruitment processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of successful full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using an ATS and/or CRM system and delivering projects on time.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives that produced measurable benefits.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
