Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting and HR): Leading full-cycle corporate recruiting searches and developing sourcing strategies to attract, assess, and hire candidates across departments and locations with an accent on talent pipelines, recruitment analytics, and hiring-manager consultation. Focus on influencing hiring decisions, negotiating offers, ensuring employment-law and OFCCP compliance, and improving time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
Location: Northbrook, Illinois, United States; ability to travel 15% of the time.
Salary: $94,700–$124,900 base pay annually, plus an incentive program and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting searches for corporate positions, from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offer recommendation, and presentation.
- Develop strategic sourcing, recruitment marketing, and talent-pipeline strategies for active and passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to advise on labor-market trends, talent availability, total rewards, and recruitment decisions.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive offers and facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, prepare weekly reports, and improve time-to-fill, recruiting efficiency, and candidate satisfaction.
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and committees while maintaining accurate applicant-tracking records and ensuring collaborative communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably combining corporate and third-party search experience.
- Strong relationship-building, consultation, multitasking, problem-solving, prioritization, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Workday applicant tracking, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, social media, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and OFCCP compliance.
- Ability to work in a matrixed, geographically distributed environment and travel 15% of the time.
