Senior Manager Talent Acquisition – Technology

Location: Burbank, California, United States; onsite. The role operates across East and West Coast time zones.

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for technology, operations, creative, technical, and production roles across corporate, venue, and studio environments.
• Develop targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies for immediate hiring needs and long-term talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to define talent profiles and align hiring outcomes with organizational priorities.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, selection, onboarding, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Manage candidate and internal client communication, offer development, negotiations, hiring targets, and recruiting metrics.
• Improve and scale recruitment processes, workflows, and best practices while monitoring technology and talent-market trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology roles in media, entertainment, or similarly complex, fast-paced industries.
• Experience recruiting specialized studio and technology talent, with a demonstrated interest in film, television, digital media, gaming, or related fields.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional consultative, relationship-building, judgment, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and executives in a collaborative, inclusive, and creative environment.
• Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information, including work with high-profile candidates and initiatives.
