Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Based out of the regional office in Aurora, Colorado, with approximately 10% travel to regional offices and the corporate office in Minnesota.

Estimated pay: $78,000–$124,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for the Mountain States Region and additional roles across the country.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present internal and external candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, candidate communications, and the overall candidate experience.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, career fairs, and community events to build candidate pipelines.
• Track requisition progress in Workday Recruiting, measure recruitment results, and present hiring metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience supporting multiple business levels and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting sources.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition compliance requirements and ability to partner with hiring managers.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% to regional and corporate offices.

• Experience with Workday Recruiting ATS.
