Program Leader – Rural Systems & Partnerships

What you will do

• Coordinate planning, implementation, work plans, timelines, deliverables, meetings, and daily operations for statewide rural initiatives.
• Build relationships with university institutions, community partners, government agencies, nonprofits, and other stakeholders.
• Support development of intermediary infrastructure, governance, policies, procedures, service models, and operational systems.
• Coordinate research, data collection, evaluation, reporting, performance measurement, and continuous quality improvement.
• Manage communications, trainings, technical assistance, outreach, informational resources, databases, files, and program statistics.
• Coordinate budgets, purchasing, travel, requisitions, expense reports, records, and accounting matters; identify funding and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Four years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, relationship-building, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track projects, meet deadlines, synthesize data, compile reports, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout employment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
