Salary: $58,000–$65,000 annually; proposed minimum salary of $4,833.34 monthly.

What you will do

  • Lead the administration and continued growth of the Flex Online Master of Human Resource Management program.
  • Plan and lead networking, recruiting, professional development, orientation, and student engagement events.
  • Manage prospective-student recruiting and admissions, including application tracking, virtual interviews, outreach, and recruitment reporting.
  • Oversee course registration, degree plans, graduation requirements, course scheduling, faculty preparation, teaching assistant support, and course materials.
  • Coordinate communications with students, faculty, staff, industry stakeholders, and prospective students.
  • Direct graduate student workers and collaborate with Flex Online leaders and the marketing team to improve program operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in management, recruiting, coordination, development, communications, or a related area.
  • Experience with program and vendor coordination, public speaking, student services, academic program administration, or graduate education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn enterprise systems, learning management systems, and other technology platforms.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, organization, critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student, personnel, and institutional information.
