Program Manager – Interprofessional Simulation Applications

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day activities for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations, including in-person and virtual reality formats.
• Develop procedures, logistics, materials, presentations, and strategic plans for simulation programs.
• Support budget and contract monitoring for interprofessional simulations and equipment.
• Integrate simulation activities with foundational and advanced interprofessional education curricula.
• Coordinate students, faculty, staff, community volunteers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Develop and deliver leadership training, conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of experience in higher education, particularly health professions education, interprofessional education, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or related word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience with learning management systems such as Canvas.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and exercise sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Graduate or professional degree in a health-related field.
• Experience planning and managing interprofessional simulations and competency-based learning opportunities.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and contracts.
• Experience developing strategic plans and goals for simulation programs.
