Program Manager

Location: Bryan, Texas, United States; onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00. Additional hours and occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $50,162–$76,321 annually. Proposed minimum salary: $4,180.17 monthly.

What you will do

• Manage daily administration and operations for internship, doctoral practicum, fellowship, public health certificate, continuing education, and telehealth certificate programs.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, training schedules, didactics, workshops, and instructional sessions.
• Maintain and audit official program records, documentation, public-facing web pages, and instructional content.
• Prepare and review compliance documentation and reporting related to APA accreditation.
• Coordinate credentialing with partner community sites and for continuing education and professional development offerings.
• Manage schedules, complex travel logistics, communications, partner coordination, and program evaluation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience in office or higher education administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Google Docs, or other cloud-based storage systems.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and work productively in an open office environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in program management or coordination.
• Experience arranging travel and preparing itineraries.
• Event coordination and planning experience.
• Experience managing continuing education for professional training programs.
• Class C vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
