Multimedia Senior Producer (Video Production)

Location: Must work from the office in Teaneck, New Jersey, United States.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce videos, animations, graphics, and audio for news, commercials, digital platforms, and live events.
• Manage projects from concept and storyboards through final delivery, including scripts, visual concepts, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, news, and internal production teams to develop multimedia solutions aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Shoot commercials and coach clients to improve their on-camera performance, confidence, and message delivery.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, sound, control-room, livestream, green-screen, and studio-production equipment.
• Support station activations, promotions, special events, production workflows, and quarterly performance reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in broadcast and multimedia production across video, audio, and graphics.
• Functional to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition; Avid and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with professional camcorders and DSLRs, field lighting, audio recording, live-show switchers, audio boards, livestreams, and virtual production.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Teaneck, NJ, including nights, weekends, and holidays; a valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with vCreative, Smartsheet, iNews, VizRT, and news-gathering tools.
• Knowledge of 3D animation with Cinema 4D.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in multimedia production or digital media.
• Experience in commercial production, marketing, sales collaboration, or production coordination.
