What you will do

• Lead end-to-end studio and on-location video shoots, including planning, directing talent, and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit and finish video content with motion graphics, color correction, sound design, captions, and platform-specific exports.
• Produce content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, digital marketing, in-store displays, and internal communications.
• Manage timelines and multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery of polished, on-brand assets.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to translate creative concepts into effective video solutions.
• Establish production best practices and manage media libraries, shared storage, file organization, and archiving.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on video production and post-production experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Audition or similar audio editing tools.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting setups, lavalier microphones, shotgun microphones, and other production equipment.
• Strong understanding of video formats, frame rates, codecs, compression, color correction, closed captioning, and platform optimization.
• Proficiency with Mac-based operating systems and experience managing shared media libraries; a demo reel or work samples is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting retail or product-focused productions.
