Producer / Editor (Video Production)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States. The role includes 30–40% travel and requires current authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $68,000–$102,000 base salary per year, plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and produce short-form, mid-form, and long-form video content for hirify.global USA, hirify.global Gaming, hirify.global 1520, hirify.global Air Force, and global vertical social channels.
• Execute productions from concept development through final delivery, including scheduling, location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment management.
• Translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives optimized for social media and YouTube.
• Oversee post-production, including editing, sound mixing, visual effects, and delivery standards.
• Manage budgets, production resources, rights clearance, metadata, schedules, and day-to-day logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with production partners, agencies, co-producers, creative professionals, and talent while providing project updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content production with a record of delivering high-quality projects.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, industry practices, budgets, resources, and on-set logistics.
• Experience executing multiple productions involving different budgets and partners.
• Creative vision, storytelling ability, strong organization, and project management skills.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or a valid visa with current U.S. work authorization is required.
