Night Shift Supervisor - Live Sales

Location: 34-09 Queens Blvd, Long Island City, NY 11101. Onsite night shift, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00pm–5:00am.

Salary: $66,300–$75,000 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee streamers during live shows, ensuring correct show structure, pacing, product handling, and customer engagement.
• Coach and manage live stream performance in real time, addressing underperforming shows and associates.
• Prepare inventory and backup products, assign streaming stations, coordinate breaks, and maintain smooth floor operations.
• Train new streamers on callouts, pacing, viewer interaction, show structure, and item handling.
• Track and report sales metrics, show performance, and viewer engagement while escalating operational issues to management.
• Manage team schedules and shift coverage to prevent downtime or staffing gaps.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in live operations management, studio production, retail management, creator or streamer support, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with leadership and managing employee performance, preferably where team members have revenue targets.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously.
• Experience managing staff schedules, break rotations, or shift coverage.
• Strong communication skills for real-time feedback, coaching, and direction.
• Experience training staff on customer engagement, callouts, product handling, and performance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with streamers, content creators, live shopping platforms, or broadcast environments.
• Familiarity with Pokémon TCG, TCG trends, collectibles markets, and audience preferences.
• Experience selling on Whatnot, TikTok Live, or other live shopping platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video and audio equipment, including lights, cameras, and microphones.
