Account Manager (Gaming)

Location: Springfield, Illinois, United States; extensive travel within the assigned region is required.

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, plus commission; total potential compensation up to $150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner bars, restaurants, truck stops, gaming cafes, and nonprofit establishments.
• Manage accounts as the primary liaison, handling communications, issue resolution, service quality, and partner satisfaction.
• Conduct regular visits to partner locations, gather feedback, provide support, and identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve gross gaming revenue objectives and improve account performance through strategic account management.
• Analyze account and industry data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with revenue, operations, and marketing teams on partner engagement, promotional initiatives, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Account management or outside sales experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to interact with local business owners and nonprofit organization commanders in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role.
