Sales Manager (Retail)

Location: Denver, Colorado (hybrid) or Bentonville, Arkansas (remote)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for Walmart replenishment, planning managers, and buyers.
• Build and present sales decks during sell-in season while monitoring day-to-day account performance.
• Track style orders, support forecast planning, and lead inventory strategy through Walmart allocation control.
• Deliver accurate weekly and ad hoc reporting with timely data and operational insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, provide hands-on account support, and solve operational issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5 years of Walmart sales experience, including sales operations, inventory planning, and order management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, retail sales operations, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience managing large style assortments and maintaining product and order data in GoldBug and Walmart systems.
• Expertise in Walmart supplier systems, including Scintilla, Retail Link, Nova, and Item 360.
• Knowledge of PLM, JDE, Nova, SSOs, SKU VN, Ladder planning, and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
