Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Base pay: $16.00–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent hirify.global values, increase brand awareness, and support company initiatives and store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, customer-centric team culture and develop clienteling strategies.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support and enforce company and store procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
