Construction Manager Sr (Natural Gas Pipelines)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; field-based with up to 75% travel

What you will do

• Lead construction planning, estimating, contract management, and execution for pipeline and facility projects.
• Provide field leadership to construction and inspection teams while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Manage contractor qualification, selection, performance, schedules, execution plans, contracts, and change requests.
• Support QA/QC staffing, cost control, schedule management, progress tracking, reporting, and project closeout.
• Audit inspection processes and documentation and proactively resolve project risks and claims.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related construction experience.
• At least 5 years supporting large capital projects valued at $50M or more.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with natural gas pipelines, midstream facilities, processing plants, or natural gas operations.
• Knowledge of pipeline systems, construction practices, and industry software.
