Corporate Communications Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global World Headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland, USA; minimal travel may be required for corporate events, leadership meetings, community initiatives, and regional engagement.

Salary: $103,780–$120,644 annually.

What you will do

• Manage employee communications operations, including editorial planning, content development, publishing, distribution, channel coordination, and measurement.
• Develop executive and enterprise communications such as leadership narratives, town hall content, announcements, presentations, talking points, and messaging frameworks.
• Support communications for mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations in partnership with HR, Legal, and business leadership.
• Manage the global Communication Champions network, internal communication calendars, workflows, distribution lists, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support internal communication channels and platforms, including the intranet, email, digital events, and emerging AI-enabled tools.
• Support external communications, corporate events, the Values Celebration, and the corporate giving and community-impact program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive communications experience, with a strong emphasis on internal communications operations in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write for senior leaders and multiple audiences.
• Experience with communication metrics, program or project management, stakeholder coordination, and geographically dispersed organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management platforms, cloud collaboration tools, communication analytics tools, and enterprise intranet platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and be present at the North Bethesda headquarters according to the hybrid schedule and business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting corporate events, community relations or corporate giving, and external communications.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environments.
• Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating range, strategic thinking, and the ability to write for senior leaders.
