Corporate Communications Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global World Headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland, USA, with in-person attendance according to the hybrid schedule and business needs.

Salary: $103,780.00–$120,644.00 per year.

What you will do

• Manage employee communications planning, content development, publishing, distribution, channel coordination, and performance measurement.
• Develop executive communications, leadership narratives, town hall content, companywide announcements, presentations, and talking points.
• Support communications for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations in partnership with HR, Legal, and business leadership.
• Manage communication calendars, workflows, distribution lists, reporting dashboards, templates, toolkits, and internal communication platforms.
• Coordinate the global Communication Champions network and use it to amplify messages, share best practices, and strengthen employee voice.
• Support external communications, corporate events, employee engagement programs, and the corporate giving and community-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive communications experience, with a strong emphasis on internal communications operations.
• Experience working in a complex or matrixed organization and supporting senior leaders with clear, discreet, and audience-appropriate communications.
• Experience with communication metrics, project and program management, enterprise communication platforms, intranet governance, and digital events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and be present at the North Bethesda headquarters according to business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting corporate events, community relations, corporate giving, or external communications.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environments.
• Comfort with AI tools and experience incorporating them into communications work.
