Senior Manager, Internal Communications

What you will do

• Own the internal communications strategy, planning, platforms, and governance.
• Create messaging and content for business priorities, organizational updates, initiatives, and change efforts.
• Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to identify communication needs and advise on high-impact communications.
• Oversee employee engagement and recognition programs, internal events, digital employee touchpoints, and vendor relationships.
• Lead, develop, and support communications professionals while driving accountability and cross-functional alignment.
• Measure communication effectiveness through adoption, engagement, employee feedback, and communication metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing communication strategies and leading complex initiatives in a global organization.
• Experience partnering with executive and senior leaders on business-critical communications.
• Experience managing employee engagement programs, internal events, digital communications platforms, and external vendors.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, leadership, stakeholder-influence, prioritization, and judgment skills.
