Executive Communications Strategist

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Relocation: available.

Salary: $116,150–$191,500 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Advise Enterprise Operations leaders on executive positioning, visibility, reputation, and thought leadership.
• Develop strategic narratives, messaging frameworks, leadership communications, and executive storytelling.
• Prepare briefing materials, key messages, anticipated questions, and recommendations for leadership engagements, customer meetings, industry events, and speaking opportunities.
• Create LinkedIn posts, thought leadership articles, employee communications, executive messages, keynote content, and presentation narratives.
• Manage executive content calendars, communication plans, and visibility strategies across internal and external channels.
• Collaborate with Executive Communications, Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications, business leaders, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, journalism, content strategy, or a related field.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Experience developing executive messaging, thought leadership, strategic narratives, and executive social media strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, influence, judgment, and ability to handle confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience with executive thought leadership and leadership visibility programs.
• Experience partnering with Corporate Affairs, Executive Communications, Media Relations, or Analyst Relations teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise operations, supply chain, digital transformation, sustainability, or technology topics.
• Experience supporting executive speaking engagements and keynote development.
• Understanding of communications measurement and audience engagement analytics.
