Certified Surgical Technician - Operating Room - Full Time - Sun-Tues (Overnights)

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite operating-room role working Sun-Tues, 7 p.m.–7 a.m., 36 hours per week.

Compensation: $15,000 sign-on bonus with experience.

hirify.global provides surgical services through Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, including nine operating-room suites, pre-op/PACU bays, and sterile processing.

What you will do

• Identify and prepare sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team with verification, intra-operative procedures, and case closure protocols.
• Review surgical bookings and match procedures to surgical preference cards.
• Inspect instruments for sterility, safety, and function.
• Maintain the sterile field and respond appropriately to emergency situations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Current Tech in Surgery (TS-C) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• New Hampshire Medical Technologist registration is required unless another current New Hampshire state license is held.
• Ability to demonstrate competency in preference cards, instrument preparation, sterile-field maintenance, surgical briefings and time-outs, safe instrument handling, surgical counts, inventory, and decontamination.
