Field Service Technician - Retail Equipment

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; residence within the service territory is required. The role includes overnight travel of 10% on average, potentially up to 25%, and an on-call rotation.

Salary: $31.00–$34.00 per hour

What you will do

• Calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on retail weighing and wrapping equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations and repairs alongside experienced technicians.
• Perform PC networking and software configuration.
• Maintain service database data integrity and complete daily service paperwork.
• Resolve first-line customer concerns and support invoicing issue resolution.
• Coordinate with scheduling, service support, sales, technicians, leaders, and customers while following safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED, or five years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of electro-mechanical repair or weighing industry experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical repair, PC networking, and software configuration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Weights and Measures license for the assigned service area.
• Must reside within the service territory and be willing to travel, work overtime, participate in on-call rotation, complete drug testing permitted by law, and work around site hazards.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing or field service experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
