Field Technician Turn

Location: Denver, CO; work is performed onsite at single-family rental properties.

Compensation: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, plus eligibility for quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Conduct tenant turns, move-out inspections, property condition assessments, and inventory maintenance.
• Coordinate physical move-outs, key exchanges, documentation, and report completion.
• Oversee contractor work and inspect completed work against specifications and property standards.
• Attend eviction property set outs and hearings as needed.
• Perform property maintenance using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and established safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, garage door, irrigation, and electrical issues.

Requirements

• At least two years of residential or property maintenance experience, or five years of experience in lieu of education.
• Basic hand-tool and power-tool skills, measurement and calculation ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle and climb A-frame and extension ladders.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and OSHA safety methods.
• Proficiency in English, strong communication, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and independent judgment.
• Ability to lift and carry specified loads, including up to 75 pounds to waist or shoulder height, 20 pounds overhead, and physically maneuver 300 pounds.

Nice to have

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with Apple iPad, HVAC, Resco, and CRM systems.
• Universal EPA Certification or HVAC Type II Certification.
