What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration of instrumentation following company standard work.
• Act as the primary on-site technical contact for municipal (wastewater/drinking water) and industrial customers.
• Work in diverse environments, including chemical plants, refineries, and food and beverage processing facilities.
• Submit prompt and accurate service reports to ensure correct billing and instrument history.
• Manage daily travel within a 2-hour radius, including overnight stays for approximately 65% of the weekly travel.

Requirements

• HS Diploma required; Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to rent vehicles and hotel rooms for business travel under applicable state law.
• 2+ years of field service or customer-facing experience preferred.
