Location: Remote role covering Long Island, NY; applicants must be U.S. or Puerto Rico residents. Travel to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings may take up to 80% of working time.

Salary: $125,250–$180,916.66 per year.

What you will do

  • Educate healthcare accounts on T1D screening, monitoring, early detection, and care coordination.
  • Analyze account screening processes to identify gaps, barriers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of screening and monitoring protocols and infrastructure.
  • Connect stakeholders across healthcare accounts to enable collaboration and co-create operational processes.
  • Map referral networks and facilitate peer-to-peer interactions that support sustainable patient flows.
  • Coordinate with medical and sales teams to share insights and accelerate account initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of account management or healthcare administration experience.
  • Understanding of T1D care pathways and screening practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and value-based healthcare.
  • Strong oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 80%.
