Director, Clinical Training

Location: Remote-MO

Salary: $118,400–$219,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct training assessment, evaluation, curriculum development, material creation, and facilitation across the business unit.
• Partner with subject matter experts, management, staff, and Human Resources to develop technical, business, cultural, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Lead gap analyses, identify organizational effectiveness issues, and recommend targeted learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee online interactive training from development through facilitation, including training calendars and external resource libraries.
• Analyze training effectiveness and return on investment, report findings to management, and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Audit team results, identify training gaps, evaluate external vendors, and travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of training experience, preferably in managed care or insurance.
• Familiarity with computer-based training tools and technology-based training platforms.
• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluation methods for measuring organizational impact and training ROI.
• Remote work location associated with Missouri, United States.

Nice to have

• Current licensure as an RN, LPN, social worker, or another licensed clinical healthcare professional.
