Senior Advisor, Learning & Knowledge Management Measurement (Healthcare)

Location: United States Work at Home. Candidates residing within 50 miles of Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; Scottsdale, AZ; or St. Louis, MO must work onsite three days per week.

Annual salary: $111,000–$185,000 USD, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Develop and improve measurement frameworks, standards, templates, and guidance for learning and knowledge teams.
• Define success measures and KPIs for learning, knowledge management, workforce readiness, and performance improvement.
• Partner with analytics and reporting teams to establish data requirements, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Interpret quantitative and qualitative findings to evaluate learning interventions, knowledge strategies, and operational outcomes.
• Identify trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and recommendations that increase adoption, usability, retention, performance, and business value.
• Advise stakeholders and establish governance standards for consistent, scalable, and reliable measurement practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in learning measurement, performance improvement, knowledge management, performance consulting, workforce effectiveness, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Expertise with learning evaluation and impact measurement methodologies such as Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, performance consulting, or comparable approaches.
• Strong measurement, evaluation, root cause analysis, data interpretation, and recommendation-development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data and consultation.
• Working knowledge of reporting, analytics, and visualization tools; ability to work effectively in highly matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting customer operations, healthcare operations, training, quality, readiness, or knowledge management.
• Experience with learning management systems, knowledge management platforms, and workforce enablement technologies.
• Advanced certification or specialized training in learning evaluation, performance improvement, analytics, or knowledge management.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled learning or knowledge solutions.
