Director, Marketing AI Orchestration (AI)

Location: Remote in California, USA; the role also lists San Francisco, New York, and London.

Salary: $151,000–$271,040 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles, with offers varying by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Architect and build the AI orchestration layer for Worldwide Marketing, coordinating AI agents, models, knowledge, and workflows.
• Own the capability roadmap, prioritization, build-versus-buy decisions, partnerships, and budget.
• Integrate the platform into workflows across brand, growth, ecommerce, acquisition, education, communications, and other marketing functions.
• Define and report metrics that demonstrate improvements in marketing speed, quality, scale, and revenue.
• Implement platform-level guardrails for brand safety, data privacy, intellectual property, and responsible AI.
• Represent marketing in hirify.global's enterprise AI roadmap and drive adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across platform engineering, AI/data products, or marketing technology.
• Experience building and shipping a platform that other teams rely on daily.
• Hands-on expertise with AI agents, RAG, evaluations, orchestration frameworks, model selection, and MLOps.
• Experience embedding technical capabilities in non-technical organizations and engineering adoption.
• Strong product judgment, architectural skills, and executive communication.
• Experience building agentic systems or AI-native platforms for marketing, sales, or customer-facing contexts.
