HR Analyst, People Operations

Location: Hybrid role based in Azcapotzalco/Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 HR support through multiple communication channels and manage the People Operations inbox.
• Maintain accurate employee lifecycle data across HCM systems, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and leave management.
• Ensure employee data complies with internal policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.
• Support HR system enhancements, testing cycles, and implementation of new modules and features.
• Resolve employee queries within defined KPIs, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and prepare employment documents, including contracts, starter packs, and termination letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency for clear communication in professional and business environments.
• Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP, or similar HR systems.
• Accuracy, confidentiality, attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital HR support models and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Portuguese proficiency.
