TL;DR
HR Operations Analyst (HR Operations/Workday): Supporting global HR operations through onboarding, employee data management, reporting, process improvement, and automation with an accent on data accuracy, compliance, and customer service. Focus on reengineering HR processes, integrating acquired businesses, conducting employee file and SOX audits, and resolving questions from employees, candidates, and hiring managers.
Location: Hybrid role based in Monterrey, Mexico

What you will do
- Manage onboarding for new and temporary hires and internal transfers in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR.
- Support HR operational processes, reporting, employee data management, and lifecycle transactions.
- Review and reengineer existing processes, including automation and monitoring improvements.
- Conduct new-hire orientation sessions and respond to employee, candidate, hiring manager, and background-check questions.
- Support the integration of acquired businesses into HR Operations processes.
- Oversee employee file and SOX audit compliance, working with local counsel when needed.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel reporting and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 3–5 years of Human Resources or HR Operations experience.
