HR Technology Analyst (Workday): Maintaining, configuring, and supporting Workday and connected HR systems in Guadalajara with an accent on Time Tracking, Absence, ticket resolution, and data integrity. Focus on testing configuration changes, executing mass updates, troubleshooting system issues, and building attendance and absence reports.

What you will do
- Maintain, configure, and provide frontline technical support for Workday and connected HR systems.
- Resolve incidents and configuration requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules, including accrual policies and time-entry adjustments.
- Execute mass updates for holiday calendars, schedules, and local time-tracking compliance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and maintain data integrity across HR platforms.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and create reports, dashboards, alerts, documentation, and test scripts.
Requirements
- Experience configuring Workday.
- Experience supporting Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and/or Payroll modules.
- Experience with Workday business processes, EIBs, configuration changes, and data validation.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
