Sr. Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing): Advising leaders and employees while driving HR initiatives, talent management, compensation programs, and employee relations in a Tijuana manufacturing environment with an accent on organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. Focus on applying Mexican labor legislation, managing performance and succession planning, and strengthening organizational capabilities and business continuity.
Location: On-site in Tijuana, Mexico

What you will do
- Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, employee experience, organizational compliance, and talent decisions.
- Design and execute HR initiatives aligned with site priorities, culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead performance management, employee development, succession planning, and organizational review processes.
- Analyze compensation programs, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
- Manage employee relations, performance matters, and organizational climate while identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, including the Federal Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters objectively, empathetically, and confidentially.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with TRESS and Workday.
- Knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CTPAT.
- U.S. tourist travel visa.
