Finance Applications Analyst

Location: Fully remote within the United States

What you will do

• Administer enterprise finance applications, including user access, security roles, permissions, workflows, master data, and system configurations.
• Provide end-user support through issue triage, troubleshooting, training, escalation management, and documentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, SFTP connections, automated data feeds, and middleware solutions.
• Support reporting requests, custom report development, data validation, and operational reporting.
• Assist with system implementations, platform upgrades, feature enhancements, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Investments, Operations, IT teams, vendors, and distributed stakeholders across multi-entity environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of experience supporting financial systems, business applications, ERP platforms, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on administration experience with a major ERP or financial management platform such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes, including accounts payable, general ledger, reporting, budgeting, planning, payroll, or treasury.
• Experience with application integrations, APIs, SFTP connections, automated data feeds, middleware, user security, role management, and access governance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and process-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience administering Sage Intacct.
• Experience with Planful, Concur, Delinea Fastpath, Salesforce, ADP, Microsoft Fabric, or Legal Tracker.
• Experience supporting global, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system upgrades, finance transformation, SQL, data validation, BI reporting, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Background in family offices, investment management, asset management, private equity, wealth management, or financial services.
