Strategic Finance Associate (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; offices are available in New York City and San Francisco.

Salary: $126,055–$138,678 annual base salary for US Remote roles, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the financial model, including revenue and cost drivers.
• Support annual and quarterly financial planning and target-setting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for product pricing, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
• Prepare Board presentations and provide investors with company performance updates.
• Support equity and debt fundraising, as well as negotiations with key vendors and partners.
• Use AI tools and agents in analysis and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to structure complex issues into frameworks and actionable plans.
• 3+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or a similar role.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, embedded payroll, or vertical SaaS.
• SQL proficiency or equivalent analytical depth.
• Experience in Strategic Finance or Business Operations.
• Experience in high-growth technology startups.
