Finance Systems Manager (Fintech)

Location: Asia; remote

What you will do

• Own the inventory system roadmap, including requirements, enhancements, integrations, delivery, UAT, and releases.
• Lead testing cycles, define test plans, execute QA, and approve deployments.
• Drive ERP integrations, automated data pipelines, data migrations, validation, and reconciliation.
• Design finance automation for journal entry generation, bank reconciliation, data extraction, reporting, and exception handling.
• Build self-service tools, dashboards, diagnostic scripts, and documentation using Python, SQL, Excel/VBA, low-code platforms, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Evaluate and integrate AI, LLM, copilot, and RPA solutions across finance operations.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in FinTech, financial services, or fast-moving technology environments.
• Qualified accountant with CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification and multi-currency accounting experience.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP, Workday, or NetSuite, including integrations or migrations.
• Experience leading UAT for finance or enterprise systems.
• Ability to build tools independently with Python, SQL, and/or VBA, and work with low-code platforms.
• Experience using AI tools, LLMs, copilots, or RPA for automation, analysis, documentation, testing, or workflows.
