Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Midtown New York City; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year plus benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with HRBP colleagues and Ad Sales leadership on strategic business initiatives.
• Provide consultative HR guidance and develop solutions for business priorities.
• Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and present recommendations to influence decisions.
• Support organizational design, change management, culture, performance, morale, productivity, and retention initiatives.
• Manage HR processes and programs within the Ad Sales HR ecosystem in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Build relationships across the HR community and support additional HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of human resources generalist or functional HR experience in a high-volume, high-touch employee environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building trusted relationships across organizational levels in a multicultural environment.
• Exposure to organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and/or compensation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, motivational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Workday experience is a plus.
