People Business Partner

Location: Boynton Beach, Florida, USA; in-office 5 days a week. Recurring travel to regional properties and national meetings is required.

Salary: USD 95,000–125,000 yearly plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and team members on people strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, investigations, documentation, terminations, and performance improvement plans.
• Support talent acquisition, compensation market analysis, onboarding, offboarding, and exit surveys.
• Build and deliver development programs, career pathing, talent reviews, promotions, and training initiatives.
• Use people analytics and trend analysis to inform policies, programs, and organizational health improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of employment law and support regulatory compliance, workplace injury administration, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience advising business units on employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management, and recruitment.
• Strong communication, client service, stakeholder partnership, analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Experience leading projects, building timelines and communication plans, and facilitating discussions.
• Industry experience in real estate, preferably multifamily housing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS-related software.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Bilingual Spanish skills, including written fluency.
