HR Business Partner

Salary: $98,000–$110,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Partner with fulfillment operations senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide full-cycle HR support for a 24/6 fulfillment center and drive HR process improvement.
• Advise leaders on corrective actions, development plans, terminations, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Coach and mentor management-level employees and lead talent movement, development, retention, and reward programs.
• Own management learning and development programs, including facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, and job aids.
• Manage a small team of HR administrators and coordinators and drive engagement action plans based on survey results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field; an advanced HR degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of dedicated HR experience, including at least 2 years managing HR personnel.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and in high-volume, rapidly changing workplaces.
• Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs, and processes.
• Experience training management-level employees and working with HR metrics, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
