Human Resources Business Partner

Location: On-site in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States. The role is open only to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals with refugee or asylee status; temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Salary: $87,800–$117,100 per year

What you will do

• Align people strategies with organizational goals and advise business leaders on workforce priorities.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce trends and people metrics to identify risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Lead workforce planning, restructuring, succession planning, talent development, and change initiatives.
• Support recruiting, employee engagement, career growth, and learning programs.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including direct partnership with business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent relationship-building, coaching, consulting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience influencing leaders, managing sensitive situations, and leading organizations through change.
• Must be eligible to work under ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or qualifying refugee or asylee; temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technology-focused organizations.
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, or change management initiatives.
