HR Business Partner - Enterprise Technology Solutions

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $104,000–$171,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and employees in Hosting Engineering and Infrastructure Operations on strategic and operational HR matters.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Analyze workforce data such as turnover and hiring trends, and develop action plans.
• Partner on compensation decisions, pay equity, incentives, and execution of the compensation philosophy.
• Deliver HR training and collaborate with HR colleagues on policies, programs, and initiatives.

Requirements

• At least three years of related human resources experience, including generalist or comparable HR experience.
• Broad knowledge of organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition.
• Typically five or more years of HR experience is preferred.
• College degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in Hartford, Connecticut, United States.
